cute orihime or sophisticated rangiku?

I'm going to get one or the other probably next reio and personally i just can't decide. orihime would be a huge boost to pve damage but I desperately want to get a good vanguard for pvp and espada (still can't beat starrk 1v1)
I have full team T1, using kisuke, hakuteiken byakuya, Shinigami Yoru, Kommamura
I'm lvl 109 if that helps

if you decide to swap formation to 1-1-3 then get rangiku, otherwise shes not worth it imo, would rather use starrk

3-1-1 is way down the line with swp Aizen, i'm using a 1-3-1 right now

starrk better than hollow ichigo?
