a while back I had used the Refill option twice, both within minutes of eachother, both 10$ worth. Only I wasnt paid right away. Just thinking it would take a while for the payment to go through. About 3 days later I had gotten 400g (Longer than the time they told me but w/e) But to this day im still waiting on the second 400. Is there any way I can fix this or was I just cheated out of 10 bucks?what you didnt choose the 20 usd?
most likely the system didnt capture your 2nd entry as the interval was too short between each other
you might wan to send an email to the support with you transaction detail of both and the amount of gold you receive in the email
if they ever reply that is which they do but RARELY After reading through the forum like a hawk I can see that this situation happens to everyone regardless of how much time has passed or if any at all. :@
I'm not feeling too lucky and I've mailed them before about a different situation and they never replied so im not holding my breath for it. I guess time will tell.
Also I thought ten would be enough, went back to the game, spent it, wanted more. maybe 4-5 minutes had passed. Thenashara replied at 2015-7-2 14:18 static/image/common/back.gif

and do plan on where you need the gold before you purchase them maybe
