who should i get from level 70 tarven

i want a good setup for pve/pvp

sajin first and foremost.  he's the best tank you'll have a for awhile.  after that, get yoruichi to attack supports.  if you have those two, then halibel is the next best option.  there really aren't many good pve partners in 70 tavern.
