Kisuke`s modify Frag

So kisuke`s normal frag rate is 22 per day day
with the current event of 50% should be (22x50%) + 22 = 33Frag
Just done it and found out that its still give 22 frag unlike ken`s

what tha fish... you got csb bya as one of the premium players, never have i seen any non-tavern in that event. dayum !!
