Soo Renji upgrade error

so i have all 100 coupons, 200 golden reishi and removed everything it asked me to before upgrading him and when i click upgrade its gives me japanese symbols which im guessing is an error symbol. can someone please fix this i want my renji upgrade...... and yes i am level 95

if he's in your formation take him out. if you have ruri'ro hogyoku take those off as well. just remove completely everything to make sure.

i have everything removed theres nothing left on him except his armor...should i take those off as well?

OMG.... i had to remove the mod soul and give his hollow souls to another character before it would do it...that is such a stupid way to upgrade a character.....

now when i try to put him in formation it gives me an error saying "Wrong Server Static"....what the hell does that even mean?

why is this game having so many damn problems lately? and i had to refresh for those errors to go away...

who knows? it took them forever to fix the SWP partners anyways so you can mod them. i got 2 mods on my shin grimmjow already now.
