With lvl 70 first Komamura or Yoruichi?

I'll ask because, idk who should i recruit first.. Maybe u guys can help me :)

If u are a vip player then get yorouichi first and make her the fastest. and use yachirou with max. dodge stones.
I'm vip 5 and got yorouichi first and i used yachirou till lvl 100 with 90% dodge rate. At 100 i got stark as my new VG. :)
If you are not a vip then get komamura first since he can withstand for a longer time then yacchirou and get ikaku next for pve battles.
