Evolution Obtain from Personal Instance

When I get Shino Pill from Dark Memory IV it does not appear in inventory to be applied to Evolution!  Help on this issue please!

you have to get 5 fragments to make one for evo.

The further you go into evolution the harder it becomes. Items have to be synthesized. You asked about the Shino Pill, you need 5 fragments in order to form a complete Shino Pill. Once you do that you will be able to use it! :D
