Rukia/ renji if you want a team for the long run. (as in still somewhat usefull at higher lvls) this is also the best choiche for pve events

Rukia/momo if you have melee main
Momo/renji If you have kido main

absolutely, kido specializes in wisdom while melee specializes in strength
rukia/momo is good for a melee main b/c then there's an about equal amount of kido characters per melee
momo/renji is good for kido for the same reason as above
rukia/renji is the best in the long run, for the reasons above and kinker's reason too
