Well isshin is the top in pve. But for 12k you can get hyorin and sofe fury stones in treshure map wich is well worth it(hyorin is 3.4k)
P.S can you topup for me :lol:lolAlso if you get hyrin/senbon get shin ken and go with him on high ryoka waves and in pvp him or stark will be op.

Actyuly one thing that could help you out alot would be seky yoru i thnik she will appear in reio maybe ,but in not shure how much she costs. well fi you can get her and together with kiske rukai adn siishin you would have a beats team.
