You need like 10k vit man, you would get that in 2 month max looking at at least 8-10k vit on event's 9 full days,you can get (without extra 60 vit daily,2904-540 = )2364 vit. Think about that too I'm VIP 0 and i've just finished saving 10K vitality for it :) I know other f2p's have gotten the UBP prize, so it is possible.
Just bear in mind that it's hard saving vitality, it will especially be hard if you've only started the game recently as you can't do any trial tower or evolution or normal battles in stages for stones to forge equipment as it all consumes vitality, so you will have a problem growing stronger. If you do choose to do some of these at times it will just take longer to save the vitality and then UBP might arrive before you're ready.
