glitch on upgrading rank and Alliance Blood Battle shop

on server 137, for the past 2 weeks, i have been claiming my arena rank rewards and have been trying to upgrade my rank to 4th division lieutenant but have been unable to make it stay as such and have been unable to claim the daily rewards for it as well. also in Alliance Blood Battle, i'm supposed to be able to purchase a deed:manor for 2000 honor points but now that i have them it says i need 2000 gold pieces instead. can someone explain to me what is going on here?

honor only unlocks things, you still have to buy them with gold/coupons

In the honor shop you need Gold or Coupons to buy them. You only need so much honor point to unlock them to be bought.
As for the prestige there is a daily deduction in prestige that you can see along with all your stat bonuses when you go to level up.
