Hueco Mundo Trail Senbonzakura Zanpakuto

Is the event rigged?it says that every Gold Spin gives 0-3 Trail Fragments? i tested once, and got 1, but i'm scared to do it again.
cause it seems really cheap if i manage to get 1 Trail Frag per spin for Senbonzakura, since i already have 1, i need 79 more and that x50 gold = 3950 gold more where many other events are 20k-24k gold... O_o

just did a test run of 5 times and i got 0 on all 5 of them, but i got 60mil silver and 20 reishi from it for 250 gold... O_O
