Overall Best assaulter for PVP/PVE

Based on skills/stats what is the best overall assaulter for both pvp/pve?

White Ichigo no longer worth it(better get mugetsu if you consider having him).. Yamamto good price and good for pvp but he sucks in pve

Isshin is the best option

white ichigo is better than iishin for damage purposes if you use zangetsu because the attack and damage buffs still stack
in pvp though isshin gives you that stun which is amazing
