Level 120 partners (Also known as Red Partners) have not been released or even created as far as anyone knows. There are, however many Partner suggestions for the Level 120 Tavern.

i don't think there will ever be 120 partners...

and the thing that makes me think this is that aizen and hichigo are at 110

so if there are any i think it'll be sternritter

120 could be the last Tavern stage.
Have enough to be a large variety, but not as strong as some event partners.
