U made that at Isshin, 2nd atribute. Then look at the tab " Atribute bonus" and look which 2nd partner u need at Isshin. Its work like: first atribute = first partner, 2nd atribute = 2nd partners etc. Then u need to put this partner in " bond partner" on the left side at the same tab. Then atribute Isshin will be activated and now u can upgrade this. But u need to know, all partners which u put at the "bond partner" u cant use in formation at the same time. Ok I've done that e.g Visored Hirako has a requirement of Ichigo. I add ichigo to the partner list but hirako's skill doesn't activate, any reason why? U made a quest with training?
