this game is getting upgraded pretty fast.. someone who top up 10k+ before 3months+ doesn't stand a chance vs who top up 10k+ now cuz of those new HOGU's and new partners / new sets and better events ..

LOL it is the most event that gives exp and it doesn't matter ? no doubt you're not a cat , cats are smarter than that :P
They just need time to change the events rewards we saw that with reio guardian when they changed the reward for the 4th guys with all the bikini girl + shinso gin and yamamoto months ago. And I don't know if I'm the one to think that but we have new release really quickly sometimes for example we got mugetsu one or two weeks after the Chinese release if I remember well so we can't say that they don't update the game, they just never tell when they do it except if it's an event related modification

true, would make sense with this move on lvl 90 sets with that statement.. the upgrade is huge, especially realising what you just said.
The stuff thats been released now is definitely better than months before, very true what you said
