ISSHIN DISABLE VANGUARD

Does anybody know if ishhin's disable works on vanguard too?  I'm thinking about renting isshin, but since my stones and gear are a bit high, that tagged along with main's skill and gin, should pretty much wipe out assaulter in one turn, since I use kisuke, to make my team T1.  Now what I'd like to know is, after assaulters are dead, does ISSHIN'S DISABLE SKILL WORK ON VANGUARD?

until the assaulters die it can get vg i think

but his combo can "disable" vg xD

His target goes as follows Assaulters -> Vanguard -> Supports. Yes he disable works on all of them, just assaulters first

Well lest my Isshin is bugged Ive seen his skill activate on a vanguard already :/

So his skill doesn't work on vanguard, too bad.
