How Does Immune rate work?

does immune rate also reduce  chances of getting debuffs?

I think immune rate decrease the amount of dmg u'll take so the higher it is the better it is for pvp :). I'm still pretty new at this game u might want an other opinion.

Immune rate is a debuff , used against fury deduction :D . For exp . if u have 5 % immune rate , there is a

5% chances your fury wont be deducted against fury deduction attack . :D

Wtf xd, immune rate is damage reduce from getting hit, ie: having 50% immune rate = take half damage

There is immune rate and avoid rate, I don't remember which does which.

so immune rate reduces chances of getting any type of debuff or does that only apply to stun and fury reduction? and avoid injury is reduce damage?
