I would get Kisuke and replace Orihime with him that's if you intend to upgrade renji.

U need asap urahara. If u do PvE he's your god. and he can be useful for pvp too.
Ikkaku after urahara .ALWAYS.
Readu guides on forum and u will understand why.

Imo get Ikkaku first,he's way better partner than Renji or Rangiku. Kisuke'll help you only PvE,but Ikkaku helps both PvE and PvP. It's your choice anyways :)
