However it's pretty safe to say we'll get at least 1 Seireitei Attack or UBP every 1-1.5 month, looking back on previous event rotation.

You said it. I play strategically and I can beat a VIP 9! But it always helps to bolster the ranks with a partner more powerful then one you already have.
