What is the Highest Level F2P Gear?

What is the Highest Level F2P Gear?
Is it still Lv110? or is it Lv120 now?
Cause i've seen Lv120 Ultimate Set being sold from a couple of events already, but most threads says its Lv110, so i'm consfused...

thanks... i'm currently Lv91... and i'm still using Lv80 red gear... i guess i'll get 1 Lv100 red set and invest everything else after Lv110...
