I CANT UPGRADE MY SHIN RENJI TO SOO RENJI

i already have the coupons and golden reishi, i just hit level 95, take off all equips, trreasure, accessories, soul, MOD soul...but i can't upgrade my renji..it says take off all your equips...anything im missing? thanks
