My formation is Shinso, Sexy Yoru, Yama, Main, S.Rangiku
My speed order is.. T1 Shinso, Main, Sexy, Yama..
Roles.. shinso- give T1 to everything and stun shit, Main- nuke shit, Sexy - Blow up tank, Yama - Clean up..

upgraded Ulqiorra dishes out WAYY more damage than Yami, but as im sure many have said, it all depends on how you build him.
If there was a choice to pick either 1 though, id pick Upgraded Ulq.
Yama is a BEAST in PVP, but Upgraded Ulq i personally think is better :P

yeah but what im saying is, u can get free partners who fills in the same role... no other partner can fill in isshins or mugetsus role

There's a reason everyone says how insanely awesome Isshin is for both PvE and PvP. Do you think everyone with Isshin is just playing a joke on those who don't have him and saying how awesome he is?
Its weird in UN partners with DOT get worshipped for pve (pve there is damn hard compared to here IMO). Then again I don't know of any Issin-like partner in UN.
Edit: By pve i mean pve outside of Ryoka/Hollowed equivalent
