Guild shop and instance problems

I just reset the guildinstance for my guild and it took the guild assets, but didn't reset it at all.
On top of this, the daily supervalue gift in guild shop has reset here at 00:00, but the daily shop there hasn't and neither has the cost ramp up from the refresh on it.
