Because guys like this can't build Tosen right thinks Tosen is garbage,but the real thing is Tosen is the only good partner if you build him right.
Don't mind them,Tosen is a godlike partner! His stats may look low but if you spend years on him you'll kill some Ganjus and some Frechigos !
