What to do with Hueco Mundo coins

I'm only level 86, my formation at the moment is Komamura > Isshin/Main > Shinso/Cute Orihime. I have about 5k coins because idk what to do with them. Should I save up for kenny or blow them all on one of these seemingly useless items? (keep in mind I'm replacing Isshin with Tosen soon, so my team will get a lot better)
Real talk, when can I start purchasing kenny coupons in hma tho
