Why do people use rukia in pve?

can someone explain to me why people use both rukia and kisuke in evil spirit? why the need for both? your assaulters still have to basic attack once regardless so wouldn't it better to use someone likes jushiro and kisuke? or am i missing something here?

Its because its practically double the fury gain, which means the faster your partners can use their skills , which in turn means more damage output

Your assaulters might still have a couple of basic fury stones (in which then, you'll become T1 with rukia and Kisuke, dependant if they crit too i believe)

And even if your assaulters aren't T1, they'll only need 1 round to do a basic attack before they get their skill again, so you're cutting off 1/2 rounds between every normal skill time with those supports
