Yeah Wis let Tsuji have it at first as it was like a 'passing on' from a rival, then Wis also gave it to me (I was so damn happy when he said i had potential, and i'm not even from his server xD) Tsuji has more control over it than me though
Nah he doesnt have Oetsu, actually he only has as much zanpakuto's as a free player would have, other than Sogyo xD
He has 8 Legendary Titles, the ones he doesn't have is (of course) Oetsu Nimaya title, Mugetsu Rank and the lvl 12 Spirit Stone one (Which just seems impossible to get IMO). Anyways i remember counting it before, im pretty sure it's 8 titles he has, i only go on it for Daily Tasks and messing about in arena for those lovely battles :D

Oddly enough it did. The thing is all the other ones I have focus on crit and hit and break def, all of which give me almost 0 bp since my best partners are maxed out on those stats lol.

When he left he had Evil Spirit King, although i change it around and stuff from time to time, i always put it back to Evil Spirit King since it seems appropriate, don't really want to change the fact that he still is inactive

Lol yeah I'm of the opinion that the lvl 12 spirit stone title is practically impossible too lol. I only have 10 level 12s right now and I kind of thought that was rather impressive XD

Honestly I think the thing that surprises me most is that he doesn't have Mugetsu rank title. I kind of thought he'd have that one.
