i wanna know how to increase battle power :P

level up
infuse
equip stones
level up said stones by synthesizing same stones of X2 increments of same level
increase in rank
equip partners with higher growth rates/class ranking B- A- S SS SSS etc..
modify your partners as far as you can
use crystals to level up accesories
upgrade said accesories with bright stones
equip a zanpaktou that gives your formation benefits
fortify said zanpaktou with the new conquest system
use the bond system
evolve your partners
upgrade you mains character growth rates with soulsequip hogyokus
level up said hogyokus
equip hogyoku fragments
level up said fragments
equip hollow souls on all partners by defeating the espadas/gin tousen aizen
equip mod souls
level up said mod souls
equip higher level gear as you level up
reinforce said gear to current level
upgrade said gear to red status with stars
refine said gear to stats required by specific partner using them

Final step

down the bottom near the guild tab you will find "Soul King Palace Refinery" grab those worthless Dodge stones and turn them into .7% gains :P
