If it is 184 then things might be tricky for him on the ultimate top up event. I think that servers in my group, not that I plan on topping up that much any time in the foreseeable future, but there's still dragoon and Takagi, and a few other high level vip's

I'll have to wait and see, but if you are then guaranteeing that you win might be difficult. Though probably doable with under $2k

Depending on what's offered in the ultimate charge that's BY FAR the best top up event. No others even come close.
