Bug with nanao

Paid for gold to get ultimate sets. Got 2. And under the Nanao it says I have 0/2 please help, im on server 217 name is reaper. I just want what I paid for.

did you recruit chad?
edited- are you at lvl 32? If not then you gotta wait until you are 32 & have chad

You have to buy the ulti sets from seireitei treasure. Thus why my "Novice" tab is still all flashy and obnoxious at lvl 109 while rocking 3 ulti sets.
