If you are going to start a new character then commit to it and give your old one to someone else and tell them to change the password. should have started over long ago this will never even be looked at by anyone that could do anything and they still wouldnt do it they dont care PFFT The customer support thingy is an eye candy THIS GAME DOESNT HAVE GM or they dont give a shit by the amount of money they demand theyr customer support should be really understanding and working one
