No paypal

Hello so when i go to top up / recharge and choose game2shop there is only 1 option to choose from and that is credit card, and i need Paypal
Why do other people get a paypal option when i dont?
im from lithuania

i found it when you go to G2shop change the coutry to yours and the payment methods will be available
