U should know dat u can have infinite hit, and max dodge is 90% even if reduce hit u can still have alot, and I think both buffs nel and ryuken are the same so they don't stack

yeah and i don't think he can exceed the 90% limit, u only need 190% hit rate... he's not THIS GUY >: (

Nel also reduces the opponents hit rate by 65% for two rounds!  lol  Also look at ishida's mods.  H ...
With 3 mods and talent he has 90%
