Which to get?
IMO d rukia is better, toshiro becomes useless later in the game, but d rukia will be very good for pve. Also what zanpakuto r u using ? I dont think toshiro is a good vanguard, you can get better for free later on. Ah i thought u had sth like hyorinmaru ... so d rukia is better i think I'd go with neither, i have both, would love to replace them both.
Save for cute ori. Or save for soph rang or better van. My tosh is pretty heavily stacked and still gets beat on even with the new fortify for hyorin.

shin urahara can be an endgame partner and he's quite amazing
