Ruri'iro Hogyoku?

the bottom left it shows in gold font "Hogyoku Fragments" it shows that I have 7 however I have no idea how to attain them and as well the question mark at the top right that has helpful information doesn't work? anyone could give a heads up to whats going on i'd appreciate it.

You turn them into pills and you can only use the pills if the item is lvl 4 or higher.

I know you have to have 10 fragments to form a pill, and you can only use them once your jade is level 4 or higher. but that's as far as I've figured out

how do you form a pill?

to form pills click on a lvl 4 or above hogyoku and click on hogyoku fragments and synthesize them
