It doesnt look like he attacks supports.. From the CN battle preview it looks like he attacks 2 part ...
yeah his skill is attack 2 enemies with least hp growth rate is 280% i think and restores fury by 100 and increase crit by % and something else i forgot it

Ranking doesn't say anything at all imo. B ruk is only gold SS too and she kicks most SSS partner's asses lol. I'm sure you're more than familiar with owning strong people by using lower ranked partners though mr unohana wizard :P
