SWP toshiro for vip0
So is toshiro good for vip0? I can save for him, but what kind of formation he need and is he worth that work?do not save for toshiro trust me. I have him and it is not worth it
Better save for ulqiorra kenny or aizen oh but you'r vip 0 hmm but still not worth get harribel its better
Edit: u can save for shin nel for a vip 0 or get vip 1 at least

I second this, even if you are vip 0 atm you may end up topping up (even $5 can open the door to some muchhhh more useful partners). Tosh can have his uses, def a more useful partner than grimm unless you need him for bond. You said in the other thread you posted that you wouldn't have a problem if they update a way to topup via phone, with the amount of changes we've had with the top up systems I wouldn't write it off as impossible just yet. He will get replaced in a major way before too long. I don't really see him as worth it unless he is in a bond for a better partner. Edit: He works well for upgraded nel and ulq but those both require vip.
