Thinking about going 3-1-1

I want to focus on supports. Atm my setup is Shini Urahara/Shinso > Isshin/main(ghost blade) > Starrk.
Several things I need for this.
1. Muramasa. Where to how to. (and is it worth to use it over Tensa Zangetsu, that 25% speed is cray cray)
2. Bankai Rukia. My girl, I need her, I'm poised to have a lot of gold by the end of this event, any events I can spend and not top for her?

oh ok, make sense. That's mean you will have to fortify from scratch a kido set.
