What shall I recruit first ?

I know I'm kind of annoying with all of this topics but I need your help guys.
As you may know I'm lvl 72 and I still have Sado as vanguard and Momo + Rukia as supports
I'll recruit Yoruichi & Sajin. But my question is... who shall I recruit first? Sajin or Yoruichi and why?
Oh and one more question, why Visored Hirako is so hated by the players and no one recruits him? I mean, Sajin is hell, it's great, but why Hirako sooo... unused?

I would recruit Yoruichi first because her stun/fury reduce is great and would make hollow souls easier unless your chad has low block/ is taken out easy then get Sajin. Not many people use Visored Hirako much because it takes a lot of hi lv stones to make him good and sajin is easier to build
