2-2-1 vs 1-3-1 for kido main

Lvl 56, vip0. My team is main(kido), renji, sado, rukia and momo. In future I am thinking to get hozukimaru and he increase only assaulter's dmg. So is it worth to use 1-3-1?(I can use momo in pvp and rukia in pve).
P.S From last sereitei attack I got a lot of streanth stones, I can use them on 3th assaulter (my renji have set of lvl 5/6 streanght stones, vanguard have lvl 4/5 streanth stones)

1-3-1 is a bit expensive cuz u have to make all assaulters with decent stats, and supp just need speed
Recently I changed from 1-2-2 to 1-3-1,m my win ratio in pvp has been the same, but its more funny to see my yama throwing fire and oneshoting most of the teams

i think it's kinda balanced if you have a kido main

2-2-1 is more solid for you and just because you are f2p 1-3-1 is the last formation you should think of because there is always the possibility for the enemy to have MOMO and shut down all your 3 assaulter by luck so it's safer to go with 2-2-1 you should consider this formation
unohana-yoruichi-main-ikkaku-sajin its a pretty good formation for both f2p and p2w
