I started day one. I can beat everyone in my CSB so I didn't need to register with only my main.

Sorry for showing up late to the party lol.
Um most likely the reason you didn't get the first place Title is because you needed to be SSS rank for that. Unfortunately the system is slow on that a lot of the time so if you only pulled ahead to first place in the last day or so then it kept your SS ranking and technically it's impossible to be SS rank and first place lol. I know it's not actually impossible but as far as the game's mechanics are concerned it is.
And yes, I get 100 challenge stones a day as first place. It's like 492 shini tokens a day i think so every few days I only get 90 challenge stones. But end result is over the 25+ days in a single season of CSB I get about 2500 challenge stones. If you manage to take first from the very beginning next season you should get that many too.
