Cross Server and Team improvements.

He guys. i just hit lv 72. when does the new season start and how do you register?
My BP is 264/5K
My Team is Me, sophisicated rangiku (SS), shinigami yoruichi (SS), hirako shinji (S+) and Yoruichi (A-)/ cute orihime (SS)?
should i use yoruichi or cute orihime? also whats the next character i should get?
I have the lv after bankai for tobuime, but ive just bought hryourimaru and its bankai stage. but i cant use it until i get it up to the same level thought conquest.
any ideas? US 218 here

ok! now whos better? tavern yoruichi or cute orihime? and which character should i save up for next?

cute orihmne is better in opinion since she's good for pve but tavern yoruichi is pvp so if u like pve use cute orihmne. Save gold reiashi for ikkaku(PVE+PVP) or tosen(supreme PVP). But since u have shiniyoruichi, maybe u can get urahara first(MUST)
