Hehe if they changed the buff as well to what it is supposed to be then it is really good deal for +- 40k gold.. atleast in gogames environment :D It is still too expensive for most ppl. It costs more than what is an average salary in my country and most ppl dont even have that much money monthly :D

i think the 11% on the zanpakuto alone will cover that, not sure tho

Well depends on the formation. If ppl have supports in their formation who are usually faster than assaulters then you will still be faster compared to zangetsu because supports will be faster so you have higher chance to start first and the buff to speed is higher not to mention goes to both assaulters and supports + that different in reiatsu is astronomical 137% vs 125%. It most likely negates that 3% speed difference on the base level easily.
zangetsu got updated too, now gives all the vg stuff
