Counter Rate
Ok i was just fiddling around some more with my stark and i was testing by how much his counter rate would drop if i took off 1 of his level 8 counter stones. I took one off and it remain at 90% , took off another and still 90%. I removed ALL his level 8 counter stones and its still saying 90%. Is this a bug? Lol cause I can't figure out why it would still be saying 90%. And If i remember right i saw somewhere that the cap for counter rate is 90% right? So does this mean I can just replace his counter stones with something else? or...?Oh meh gerd I feel so dumb, I took off the block stones instead of counter LOOLLL!!
