Event revard

Hy im writing from server EU S25, i activated the 7 day gift pack Ichigo, and i dont get the Recruit Gold Partner event revard. plz help me out

You mean the event that happens on week 2 of a server, the day after you receive Ichigo's recruitment item, right? Are you sure you didn't use it until after that event started?
