SWP Grimmjow is better, that is if you can upgrade him and you're at least vip1.  If you're vip0 and don't plan on topping up ever then renji might be the only choice.

For PvE there's not even a doubt, Grimm is far superior.  For PvP grimm is still superior for almost all cases.

SWP Renji is really garbage, by far the worst partner available in the SWP. Grimmjow all the way.
