i prefer ikkaku since u have it early in game and he's more complete both his mods n evo but also his skill

They do very similar damage but I believe Ikkaku averages SLIGHTLY more dmg when fully modded.  The combo rate he gets from mod is a huge bonus.  

If you only plan to get one, get Ikkaku IMO.

ikkaku is better if u have rukia n urahara cuz he can use skill every round, but if u got isshin get kenny
