Server EU 185 bug

Im playing on server 185 and today will be my ninth day playing, people tell me I'll get ichigo on seventh day but i still didn't, anyone know why?

same thing happened to me when i made a new account on us 21 i didn't have daily log in gift not even online time gifts though thy canceled it or something

nope it's been a week and i haven't even got my 1 minute online time reward ._.

ichigo will not appear.  I think he only appears for new players or on new servers.   New servers as those that are just been released.  If you go to an old server and make an account you won't see him.  Besides why the hell you want him, he's garbage.
