Better VG and why
They are both currently the same price. What would be a more viable option and why?Any scenario where one outweighs the other?
true shikai has better stats and skill is optional.. but true shikai has the shittiest basic attacks of ALL partners in the game right now.

Correct me if i wrong but thats means good for fighting Ultima Aizen ? ultima aizen will most likely go before your VG unless you have superior stones/setup that makes your senbon boost shikais speed before enemy boosts theirs. this is a game of strategy between top partners and how you use your resources, its hard to say whats better and whats not
